Kirk LuMaye, PE, CPI
Kirk LuMaye is a highly qualified home inspector with over 12 years of experience inspecting homes. He is a NACHI Certified Property Inspector (CPI). In addition to inspecting homes, Kirk works as a forensic engineer, specializing in the investigation of mechanical, water and fire-related insurance claims. His extensive background in evaluating the safety and integrity of residential structures makes him exceptionally well-suited to help homeowners and buyers make informed decisions.

Kirk is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states, including California. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Sacramento, and has earned multiple certifications and advanced training in fire investigation. His expertise has been trusted by legal professionals across the country, where he has served as an expert witness in numerous cases related to property damage and safety-related accidents.

Jeremy Karr, CPI
Jeremy Karr is an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector serving the greater Sacramento area, and he's committed to providing homeowners, buyers, and real estate professionals with thorough, honest, and easy-to-understand home inspections.

Before becoming a home inspector, he spent five years in the paint and coatings industry. That experience gave him a deep appreciation for quality workmanship, proper surface preparation, and the subtle signs of wear and damage that others might overlook. He approaches every inspection with that same level of care and attention to detail. He understands how overwhelming the homebuying process can be, and his goal is to make the inspection one of the easiest, most reassuring part of your journey.
